Our Statement of Faith.

The Scripture

We believe the Canon of the Sacred Scriptures as originally given which is entirely inspired by the Holy Spirit and is the written Word of God. (2Tim 3vs16, 2Pet1vs21).

Eternal Godhead

We believe in the Eternal GodHead who has revealed Himself as one God existing in Three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit — distinguishable but indivisible (Mt28vs19, 11Cor13vs14)

Divine Righteousness

We believe that you cannot attain Divine righteousness by yourself but only through Jesus, Ro5vs12;18

Jesus Christ

We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of men, Conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, very God and very Man (Is7:s14, Is9vs6; Lk1vs26-35; Jn1vs18)

Death and Resurrection

We believe that Christ died for the sins of mankind, was buried, rose again the third day and personally appeared to His disciples (Ro4vs25; 1Cor15vs1-4)

Ascension

We believe in the bodily ascension of Jesus to heaven. His exaltation and personal literal and bodily coming again for the second time for the Church. (Jn14vs2-3; 1Thes4vs13-18)

Salvation

We believe in the salvation of sinners by Grace, through repentance and faith in the perfect and sufficient work at the Cross of Calvary by which we obtain remission of sins. (Ro5vs11, Eph2vs8-9; Heb9vs12,22).

Water Baptism

We believe in the command of Water Baptism by immersion, after conversion, in the name of the Eternal Godhead, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, (Mt28vs19; Acts19vs1-6, Acts2vs36-42)

Speaking in Tongues

We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as an experience subsequent to salvation, with the scriptural evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. (Acts2vs1-4; Acts8vs14-17, Acts10vs44-46; Gal3vs14-15)

Holy Spirit

We believe in the operation of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit as enumerated in 1Cor12vs4-14. These gifts should be manifesting in the local Church and in orderliness.

Holiness

We believe in the Spirit filled life, a life of separation from the world and perfecting holiness in the fear of God as an expression of Christian faith (11Cor6vs14; 11Cor7vs1; Eph5vs18)

Church Discipline

We believe in Church discipline necessary for the spiritual correction and growth of the one shining and for the protection of the Church from the spread of sin so as to restore the sinner. (11Cor2vs5-11)

Healing

We believe in the healing of the body by Divine Power, or Divine Healing, in its varied aspects as practiced by the Early Church (Acts4vs30, Ro8vs11; 1Co12vs9, Jas5vs14)

Divine Deliverance

We believe in divine deliverance Pro21vs31; Dan3vs17, Dan3vs25, Dan6vs27, 11Tim4vs18).

Table of the Lord

We believe in the table of the Lord, commonly called ‘Communion’ or ‘the Lord Supper’ for believers (1Cor11vs23-32; Mt26vs26-28)

Eternal life

We believe in the Eternal life for believers ( Jn3vs15, Jn3vs36; Jn5vs25; Jn6vs40), and
eternal punishment of the unbelievers (Mk9vs43-48, 11The1vs8-9; Rev20vs10-15), we believe in the eternal states, heaven and hell.

Reality and personality of Satan

We believe in the reality and personality of our arch enemy, Satan and the eternal
judgement of Satan and his angels (Mt25vs41, Rev20vs10-15).
